What shocks me most is that people believe they have no choice in how the system is run. Someone related to me recently about new parking charges in their town and I wondered why people are not more angry and active.

I have friends at citibank , they shifted assets into a private hedge fund prior to the financial crisis, then received money for the bailout, and buying back the assets they put off balance sheet previously, making themselves rich outside their bank jobs. they care little about their official pay scales which is another scam in regulating.
